Verdict Leak Detection Equipment
Why we call it Verdict
Why we built Verdict
The inventor behind Verdict has owned a leak detection company for 26 years. In that time we have seen nearly every type of pool leak there is — and we have seen how often the first step is skipped.
Too many owners pay for a full leak investigation and still leave without an answer. They are told there was never a leak, after they already paid to hunt for one. Or they are told, “We could not find a leak, so you must not have one.” That is not a finding. Failing to locate a leak is not the same as proving the vessel is tight.
Evaporation, splash-out, and routine backwashing get treated like a hidden break. Real water loss gets dismissed because no one confirmed the body of water first.
Verdict was built to settle that question before anyone is brought on site.
Who it is for
Verdict is not a pinpointer. It does not locate the leak. It confirms whether the body of water is leaking — yes or no — so you know if a search is even needed.
It is made for:
-
Homeowners who want a clear answer before they hire a leak technician
-
Real estate agents verifying a pool before listing, closing, or recommending a contractor
-
Commercial pool companies confirming water loss before they roll a crew
-
Hotels and motels checking a pool or spa before they schedule outside service
How it works
The process runs in the app. You use Verdict on the body of water, get the result, and decide the next step from that result — not from a guess.
If the vessel is not leaking, there is nothing to find. If it is leaking, the water loss is real, even if a later search has not found the spot yet.
That is why the equipment exists: confirm first. Bring someone in only when the verdict says you should.
