  1. DO YOU WORK ON WET FIBERGLASS?

The repair surface needs to meet the conditions required for the materials being applied. Recent rain, excessive moisture, or high humidity may require additional drying time before work proceeds.

  1. DO YOU HAVE TO DRAIN THE POOL?

The required water level depends on the location and type of repair. We will tell you how to prepare the pool before your scheduled appointment.

  1. WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU FIND MORE DAMAGE AFTER YOU START?

Some damage stays hidden underneath the surface. Grinding or removing damaged material sometimes exposes additional cracking, delamination, voids, moisture damage, or previous repairs. We will explain significant additional findings and discuss any change in the repair scope.

  1. DOES THE WARRANTY COVER NEW CRACKS OR STRUCTURAL MOVEMENT?

Warranty coverage does not automatically extend to unrelated areas, new damage, structural movement, improper pool maintenance, chemical damage, groundwater conditions, impact damage, work performed by others, or conditions outside the repaired area. Your written warranty terms control the specific coverage for your project.

Maintain proper pool chemistry and follow any curing or startup instructions provided after the repair. Avoid aggressive cleaning methods or chemicals that might damage the gelcoat surface.

  1. DO YOU WORK ON VINYL-LINER POOL STEPS?
